Sorry every one the answer was staring me in the face as I had spelt one of the other clues wrongly i was using the on line version and didnt see my mistake. i shall now go and lie down in a darkened room and feel sorry for myself

I give the part with Jumbo to my next door neighbour who takes it to work. She is a nurse and they like doing the puzzles. Patients permitting!
