If you have a full grid you will have been omiting a letter from most of the across answers. Put non- in front of that then google both the letter and "non-letter". That will give you the name to write under the grid and the letter which needs to be changed should also become apparent. It is at the end of an across answer. The same google search will also show you which three across answers need a complete change.
