I often feel that when I have a little group I am stuck on, that I have something wrong. With that in mind....
18a) Mini-submarine has list seen on highest part of vessel (6,4) ?R????/???L
I want the definition to be part of vessel, so KEEL, or SAIL perhaps, or vessel could be an URN etc. As ever, I have no ideas. Any help welcome.

Thanks very much. I had thought of that but rejected it on the grounds that it was too weak a definition for eats, which I still think.
