I've done all this except for 33a:

Shakespearean's descendents' line is covered in noisy ensemble. SE-E-S

I've corrected a deliberate misprint in the clue. And don't make the same mistake I did - it's the wrong letters in each clue that make up the quotation. Thanks.

SYENS - hidden in clue

Also spelled SEYENS for the grid entry

Thanks, kt. Is that a fair clue seeing as it's not properly "covered"? Also, "Shakespeare's" would have been better; or "Shakespearean descendents" would have been fine, but "Shakespearean's" doesn't really make sense to me. So I would never have got it!

SYENS is hidden; grid entry is S_YENS, which becomes SEYENS once the key word that fills the blanks is slotted into the crossing down clue. That said, the wording re "Will" was a bit clunky.
