I can see that the solution is An Awfully Big Adventure. I know there is a Beryl Bainbridge book with this title but I cannot see what this has to do with the clue "For Peter, death was to be natural". Thanks in advance for any feedback

Hi all you good folk
I do think this clue was abstruse to the nth degree.
How do you get a handle on it?
Google yes but surely clues contain the answer within???!!!
Or not.
I would never have sorted it Still!!
Anyway or yaw Enjoy the rest of today Theres a brand new week waiting .

I was just familiar with the quote "for Peter death was to be .....
the rest of the clue was an anagram of
natural Ivy bungled a few.

It is just one of my "memories from childhood" when my Father used to read J,M,Barrie to me along with the Princess and the pea !
