Help appreciated parsing these....

20a. Reportedly read something into one with suspicion (7) - ASKANCE (Suspicion)

26a. Final blow - actors sacking a film-maker (5) - KORDA (Film-maker)

7d. Son left with runny guts having scoffed friend's cake (5,4) - SALLY LUNN (Cake)

PS. I live in Wapping so took a walk down to the Times Crossword Championships earlier today. To no ones surprise the incredible Mark Goodlliffe won - again. He is also the current holder of the Times Sudoku title! He seems a nice guy and the people I spoke to all had only good things to say about him.

26. KO is knock-out, final blow, and RDA is RADA, acting school ('sacking a', means remove the A, so RDA).

Well done, Brendan!
You seem to have enjoyed your trip!
If I lived nearby I would have loved to have looked in, myself!

Thanks Mamya, thanks Malone.

Could the other one be a homophone of 'Scans' in Ace (One)?

Hi Rusty, it was pretty good. The winner completed his 3 crosswords 7 minutes before the runner up, which in crosswordland, is a lifetime.
