Majority fits in but not with the clue but the j comes from unemployed person actively looking for work (jobseeker)
Maturity sounds right but it's got the T instead of the J

You reach your majority at 18 in this country.

There seems only one possible answer to the other, but "overly large" looks improbable!

Overly = Too + L(arge)
