1 across - exposed rock formations - 8 letters

1 down - smelling - 7 letters

14 across - too enthusiastic - 11 letters

4 down - manufactured drugs 15 letters

19 across - involving an astronomical conjunction - 7 letters.

Hope you can put me out of my misery

or eclipse
smelling could be ponging,minging etc
