Example: lack of awareness brings elation
Answer: "ignorance is bliss"

1) quietness hardly ever damages
2) sloth is the seed of wickedness
3) favorable counsel surpasses any expense
4) it's not necessary to condemn a culpable mind.

I found another one which is a proverb. "Idleness is the root of all evil" which makes more sense?
