Just one to go: 15ac. Folk-inspired form often used by Dvorak (5) D ? M ? R. I`ve Googled Dvorak but no help there! I hope someone musical (Jazzgirl?) can help me. Mags.

I think the R might be wrong, mags.

Dvorak wrote a trio based on this form - it's my favourite piece of chamber music.
