graft double meaning / slip=a piece of a plant taken for a graft and work

I hope this is right - I'm not overly good at this!

Not too sure about 'graft'
graft = labour; also means engaging in corrupt practices, so thought 'slip'?

If it' s wrong, I'm sure someone reading this, will correct it for us!
