I'm so pleased that the new puzzle is out, it's much too soon for clues, but I wondered if anyone else thinks there is a mistake in number 70? It asks for 10 letters, but I make it 11. I would be grateful for your thoughts.

I've just looked up the puzzle to see what the clue is...yes, I agree with you, Mugs - it definitely shoudl be 11 letters - I don't think there is any room for doubt!

Like you, I am convinced that the number of letters in the answer to question 70 is given incorrectly. Without giving too much away, the anagram of two relevant words proves that!

However, to confirm the details, I have emailed the compiler via the email address given on the website, but have not yet received a reply.

I will update this post once I hear anything further.

I have managed to contact Marian Stringer, the Organiser, who tells me that Neville Mizen is on holiday and is due to return on the 13th of September, after which we shall probably all be enlightened as to the situation re question 70. Hoping this helps!
