Can someone parse 19D for me, presuming the solution is 'aspirin'?
In a tizzy, take one? : A_P_R_N - I think the crossers are right.
I thought about 'a spin' +'i', but that leaves 'r' unclued.
(I presume it's embarrassingly obvious, though.)

Dagnabbit, I've come across that before but I was hung up on 'take' being an instruction for incorporating the 'i'.
My denseness is almost as infuriating as that ad for Kelly Brook's autobiography on the right of the page that I accidentally rolled over!
