Our Ozzie friends on the east coast (& NZ) have the least opportunity, unless they keep odd hours.

Some times the voting window does make things tricky, so some times I give it a miss, usually it's ok.

As long as there is an 8-hour gap between the start and finish of voting, I don't find it a problem.
I'm happy if the times are expressed as British Summer Time, atm, as I'm used to making that adjustment in my head.
