Hi all
Finally finished after a bit of a struggle.
I think there is an error in 20a Opera piece, or Ring revamped (6,4)
I have an opera by Borodin which fits, apart from there being an extra 'e' in the anagram, or have I missed something?

Hi jazzy, I don't do this crossword so I assume you're referring to "Prince Igor" and your crossers support it but surely if it was a simple anagram it would have been easy to use "epic" rather than "piece'.
Nothing else jumps at me so sorry I can't help further but are "errors" commonplace?

Yes, "piece or ring" is 11 letters rather than 10.

Still there were some lovely clues this week. I especially liked 1d and 2d

The first one reminded me of a coffee stall in Blackburn Shopping centre where the menu listed Cappuccino, and if that wasn't large enough, Mugaccino.

I have an answer for 2d which means darling and has wee in it but I am obviously missing something clever as some have mentioned liking this clue. What am I not seeing please?!!!
