Hello again,

Anyone got any ideas on 4a(8) 'Pedestrian crossing old lady finds dreadful'. I've got -----a-t
22a (4,5) 'A meal people gathered to enjoy' I've got b-e- ----y and can only think 'beer belly' but can't see why.
Thanks

Jaybee,
Are you certain 22 is (4,5)?

Knowing the calibre of solver on this forum I am a tad perplexed that 22 has not been solved yet.
I am wondering if OP has made an error?
If it was (3.5) tea party would fit perfectly!

I too thought it might be something party, but I don't see how tea party would fit the wordplay.
