PEER REVIEW 133

A competition to compose the best cryptic clue, judged by your fellow contestants.

You may enter as many clues as you like and everybody is welcome to have a go.

Please feel free to either explain your clue if you think it will help or ask any setter to parse their clue.

Everybody who enters may vote for their favourite clue - please include the post number but please refrain from commenting on entries until voting has begun.

The entry with the most votes wins and its composer sets next week's competition.

Please post your clues by 1pm (B.S.T.) tomorrow, Friday 4th July, when voting opens - deadline 21.00 that evening. I am willing to be flexible if you advise more convenient times when posting clue(s).

The setter has a deciding vote in the event of a tie and may change the rules if necessary.

It is customary for the setter to award an online prize when declaring the winner.

The answer to be clued this week is: Resipiscence (12)

Have fun!

Apologies for the intrusion Les but I would like to draw everyone's attention to the thread I'm about to post titled "Weekend Peer Review" regarding it's continuation (or not) this weekend following on from comments made last weekend.
