4d 'Beat up party official' (4) I have no letters for this because of not getting the above!

11A REPAIR SHOP = anagram of RADIO PERHAPS with A (one) & D (day) taken out.

4D WHIP = beat up & party official.

For 8A a CHEETAH would be a CHEATER if it pretended to be a tiger wouldn't it.
