Having completed this , I am having problems with submitting . I get the following message -
'Sorry - we haven't been able to serve the page you asked for '. Anybody experienced this ? If so any suggestions?

It's probably the old, old story. Try lowering your security level on Adobe, then it works for most (tho' I've never managed to do that myself). Or did you have no problem downloading? Then I've no idea, I'm afraid!
