English TV channel (4)

- I - E

Could it be A I R E or P I P E ???

I just don't see it - and it's the only one I need to finish!

Hmmm, a hard choice. There are several Rivers Aire throughout Europe which are all channels so that's what I would go for. On the other hand PIP (Picture In Picture) is a feature of almost every modern TV set so PIPE would fit, but not my choice.

English TV channel (4)

I have now been informed elsewhere (!) that it is

S I D E

= American version of SIDE (putting a bit of English on the ball)

= TV channel (turn over to the other SIDE)

Easy when it is explained!
