Thanks John.
First one sounds spot on, but I thought I was looking for two words that more or less mean the same and I think hand and foot are not quite right, Maybe I am wrong and if so I could have thought of a few other sayings that would have fitted the clues I thought I was stuck on.

Hi Graham,

Yes, I see what you mean although hands and feet are both extremities so could be considered similar. Anyway, I can't think of an alternative.
