Bella you are a genius.

Never heard of Vingt et un leave (21)although I have played pontoon in my mis-spent youth.

And a cheesecutter cap is a new one on me too. Coming from Swansea I wear a flat cap but we tend to call it a 'Dai cap' down this way. Well we would, wouldn't we?
