This robin has a four leaf clover when he comes calling

No number of letters - stumped on this one Can anyone help me?

The only refernce I can find is to Robin Hood - poem as below:

Along the way, he may find four-leaf clovers
That he should collect, for they bring good luck.
They will reverse it should he or one of his men
Suffer a fatal blow or find themselves simply stuck.

Buggered if I know what that has to do withChristmas though! Maybe it will help with a train of thought?
