All I can make is an anagram of MANISABLEIP, which comes out as ANIMAL BIPES.

Now a BIPES is a kind of crustacean which can walk but I don't like the answer.

Sorry, should have said that AMYLS is SLY MA upwards.

John, animal bipes is correct, check online dictionary, bipes are (is a) two legged creature and animal bipes includes humans.
PS spelling was never a strength!
