Are you sure of the Y? Looks like an anagram of remove and n- overmen?

Thank you all.... have found the route cause of the problem now... Take ONES eye off the ball, not Take YOUR eye off the ball!! DOH!! that's the last time I let hubby loose on the crossword with a pen, pencil only in future!! xxx
