ok last 2 clues killing me. 15 across and 9 down. it doesnt feel like the same person is writing the crosaire these days.

please what are the clues and any letters you have already, i donot have this crossword,

oh sorry, 9 down is "like hell 'e bore this" (9,4) -h---t-a-, r-e- and 15 across is "i come shortly back at the double as they call me" (4)

Just in case you aren't aware of it, there is a Crosaire Blog available online (http://www.crosaire.paxient.com/). I can't help with the Christmas Crosaire though, as I am an ex-pat and the puzzle didn't make the online version of the Irish times. Good luck though ... I hear there's a prize!
