13 across. Clue : Very successful disc 5 and 6 letters
??A?? / ? U ? O ? R may have some letters wrong . Help needed please

I haven't seen this puzzle and so may not be of much help. My instinctive solution to the clue would have been CHART TOPPER but that would mean that some of your letters are incorrect, so I may be way off here.
