OK .... is it just me? Usually finish this around Wednesday/Thursday. Now Friday afternoon, and I've still got over 30 unsolved!! Have I just lost the plot ... or have others found this week's Jumbo well-nigh impossible?

But, rather belatedly, I've now looked back over the forum for the last few days; seeing that many able participants were also baffled to the point of giving up has re-assured me that I'm not losing my marbles. So ... it's off to bed - and here's hoping for something rather more satisfying in tomorrow's paper.

if you're not already using it the search box on the top right is very helpful - just type in 1054 and all posts will come up. No point specifying cryptic as people have different post headings (for the same puzzle so they may not appear.
