Personally, I find word searches quite boring.

Sorry can't help. I find them completely pointless and haven't done one for years.
Killer sudoku, though......................

I find them boring as no thinking is required. Those that are connected to clues are sometimes ok.
Maybe the prize, if offered, is the attraction.
