Top left giving me problems. 2d might lead me into the other two.
2d. European support for drift netting fish is urgent (11).
I have I-P-----A-E.
I assume the definition is urgent, in which case, the answer could be IMPORTUNATE, but I don't immediately see why. Any thoughts?

I've got 'importunate.

'Tuna' (fish) is inside 'import'(drift, meaning) with e/E for European. This could be nonsense!
