I can't quite get the parsing for these.....

Smell Portuguese flower close to head - ODOUR - If the 'D' is 'close to heaD', that leaves OOUR, but I can't find a River(a flower) or a Flower that fits.

Conduct at St Ives harbour maybe starts with this - BEHAVIOUR (Conduct) - It looks like it may be an anag. but I can't work it out - also, why 'Starts with this'?

The river is Douro

"at St Ives harbour" without "starts" is an anagram of "behaviour"?
