I've put these answers in from the def. alone but need the parsing (and/or correction)......

Asian girl had pie and rolls regularly polished off - NEPALI (Asian)

City's number four being dismissed in cup perhaps settled matter - LEES? (Settled matter)

Leeds with the fourth letter dismissed for settled matter in cup?

the other one is cute, rolls means turnover, i.e. backwards. regularly polished off means take away every other letter of "girl had pie and" starting with the D of "and". That leaves "nepali".
