I am seriously stuck on a couple of clues:

13D, something irreversibly decided (4, 8):
?A?T?C?O?P?I
The only letter I think might be wrong is the final I, which is part of "hymn sung at the end of service", for which I had RECESSIONAL

18A, bad immune system response (7): A?N?R?Y

I'm 95% certain on the cross words that give me those letters but I did find "Antigen" on another site which helped not at all.
