Hi,
I wondered if anyone can help me, I have a cryptic clue which has stumped me, the answer is "name the flower/vegetable"

and the question is

"A bird is angry in the spring"

If it helps another clue I got was "A cunning hand warmer" which was "foxglove"

Any help greatly appreciated!

Thanks for the quick reply Cazzy, I dont know how many letters it contains. It doesnt specify.

Here are a few I got (they dont seem that cryptic)

Q Nobody asked her to dance
A Wall flower

Q Mother's advice to her daugther
A Marigold

Q Very neglected vehicle
A Carrots

Dont know if that helps

The clue is "A bird is angry in the spring"

The closest I got was "colrabi" which had "bar" in "coil" but I didnt know if "bar" could be "a br" for bird but it did not seem correct. (Its not even the correct spelling of kohlrabi! ;) )

Did you ever solve "a bird is angry in the Spring"?
I ask because it's cropped up in a quiz I'm doing and it's gor me stumped.
