I'm stuck on 21d. One might be in Spanish hospital department with bug (6). Ive got ???E?T. The E?T could be ear,nose, throat but I can't find the rest.
Any thoughts, anybody?

Hi Andy,

Fluent looks favourite

Flu (bug) + Your ENT Department

And if your in There, you may have to be FLUENT in Spanish to get seen and understood
