It's probably not right, although we have Sir Harry, I don't think he was a child actor, so it's not a great fit.

"Eye" is in clue?

While a spot is "a blemish on the character of a person; moral flaw" and therefore "how sin comes" and spot is also a sign of illness, it seems a bit thin.....
