Thanks for mentioning that. Unfortunately, it's not possible to diagnose all these oddities. Everyone has a different set-up.
So far, Google Drive seems to work better than Dropbox, both for users & posters.
The most likely cause is an older version of a browser plug-in.
Adobe Reader & related plug-in are currently at version 10.1.7 At least this week. (-;
Also check Java. During the last year there's been an update frenzy causing all manner of problems.
What I've recommended in the past is:
1) Don't print directly from the browser.
2) Download & save the file.
3) Open it from your folder.
4) Click print from the
File] menu, not the printer icon.
5) Your printer should give a preview.
6) Click the "
Fit" button. NA paper sizes are slightly different from the rest of the world.
That usually does the trick. Keep me posted.
