Right out of the gate, thought your clue for CL 119 was brilliant ! A poem could be a new format.

And Kiwikid - a real up-and-comer. Would be an asset to the JE.

Lot of good ones. Pity it's hard to get in on that & Peer Review because of time zone & work schedule.

Thea won one of these competitions with a short verse some while back, syzygy. I started to write my clue and remembered his when I saw it could be made to sort-of rhyme. Thank you and I am blushing.

I don't imagine anyone has written elegant verses in Latin on here before, though. I live in a city where people still sometimes make speeches in Latin -quam vetus finxit (hope the translator got it right!)
