Hi Blondie.

Nosey character processed a once dry white wine (6,2,8) ... This nearly completely fictional character had a big nose. The first two words are an anagram of 3 words in the clue. The third word of the answer is the name of a wine regaion in France (also, the name of a fictional TV detective).

P.S. I hope you don't mind clues at this point in time.

Hi again.

Beneficial film almost complete (7) ... A 4-letter Beatles film title + three-quarters of a synonym for 'complete'.

Hi again.

Old hairpiece made from animal with twisted cable inside (7) ... 'Babe' (3 letters) includes back-to-front 'thin, drawn-out metal'
