I can only fit 2 words but neither seems correct unless I have a wrong letter!!!

CORRECT also seems spot on but that gives me a problem with another clue:

Leave the light off and conceal something (4,2,4)
I had KEEP IN DARK however, if CORRECT is fitted in I now have ?E?P ?T DARK KEEP AT DARK???
