I am horribly stuck on 8D "Wonderful to see star, happily visible with you, as reported" 12 (two words) I have ?IR?BI?E??SU
I would be grateful for any help or guidance.

The whole is a latin phrase meaning "wonderful to see". The letters that you have are correct. I hesitate to give you the answer, in case that's not what you want - but "Mira" is he name of a star, so if you follow that in Chambers you will find what you want.
