The only word I can find is ORIFEXS (from Collins Words), but I can\'t find a definition anywhere. ANy other clues?

The answers is ONAGERS, I think. An onager is a type of donkey and 'onagers' is an anagram of 'rags one'.

sure all your letters are right? It looks like it must be ONAGERS but the I you have would be wrong.

Hi,
The word you are looking for is definitely ONAGERS
the word Orifexs is a Shakespearen version of
Orifices,which is not correct. The other two
replies are quite right.Hope this is of some
help.

Thanks. It looks as though it's ONAGERS and the 'I' is wrong. I'll start a new thread, but I'll not be back until tomorrow.

OK. I've fixed it. The 'I' came from SHIRKER but the correct answer is 'SLACKER' which gived the 'A'.
