I think these are correct but need help with the parsing...

Province governed by leader of aristocrats - inside is very bliss - NIRVANA (Bliss)

Unrealistic idea one might associate with a churchwarden? - PIPE DREAM (Unrealistic idea)

One is flummoxed - as a result one could get dim, then? - THE MIND BOGGLES (One is flummoxed)

Thanks Shooty, thanks Chiff - I saw the 'THEN DIM' part but just can't see where 'Boggles' comes from.
