Good morning everyone
Have polished soes, straightened seams and smoothed skirt just for this occasion. Hoever, I regret posting early but shortly this gear will be replaced by something more suitable for a long day in the woods. Wonderful! But to business-

On behalf of BBM2

A competition to compose the best cryptic clue, judged by your fellow contestants.

You may enter as many clues as you like, everybody is welcome to have a go and new entrants are particularly welcome.

Please feel free to explain your clue if you think it will help.

Everybody who enters may vote for their favourite clue; please state name and post number.

The entry with the most votes wins and its composer sets next week's competition.

Post your clue by 4 pm Friday when voting opens; deadline for voting is 10 am Saturday .

The setter has a deciding vote in the event of a tie and may change the rules if necessary.

The setter will declare the winner and donate an online prize.

This week I would like you to make up a clue for : MAKE UP (4,2) or (4-2) or (6) as you like.
