Sadly I went down with the horrid novo virus this w/e. it leaves one very washed out & limp!

I thought you were improving . Just take the advice the doctor has given you and it should soon go.

I had 2 days of improvement .... but alas that didn't last long. Someone said today that they were being dazzled by the sun ..... well it hasn't reached north Dorset!!!

Yes it probably should have had that heading but can we abbreviate it so everyone recognizes?

I guess it's OK as it is, as the thread is for a named person. I'm so good at breaking rules !
