Last one.
Count up the notes, then visit the officiel receiver (9) A?D?E?S?E

Clearly it's ADDRESSEE = the official receiver.

Count up = ADD; visit = SEE; leaving RES in the middle. That's the bit I can't parse. Surely not res = reserve = the notes (money)?

Perhaps I'm looking at it from the wrong perspective.. Any ideas? I'm going out for a walk in a few mins but will return soon.

Could it be res (pronounced "rays") as in do re mi, for notes?
