Annoyingly, one left which I can't work out :

52D Group of instincts making one unhappy, upset (4)

Solution with explanation would be received gratefully

An earlier post suggested EROS, sore backwards, have just looked up EROS and it does not seem to mean a group of instincts, so not sure if it is correct or not

Thanks to both for this info.

I thought I had checked all the relevant earlier posts, so I'm not sure how I missed this one.

EROS still seems an unsatisfactory answer, somehow.
