These are tho only ones I\'m stuck on out of 120 clues!

sorry no theme that's the problem but some examples; 'it spoils a can' (bird) MARTIN ; ' country popular at christmas' (bird) TURKEY, 'crossing out of reach' A BRIDGE TOO FAR; 'listening bricks' THE WALLS HAVE EARS; 'kilted levitation' THE FLYING SCOTSMAN.
