Could someone please explain this one from Sunday's Washington Post Online -

Answer: MOS

I am at a loss!

I gather that you can see those are the initial letters of the months of the year but I can't see what MOS has to do with it. Maybe that's what you're asking!

So the answer is Mo's, short for Months.

I like the Washington Post puzzles - a mixture of straight, general knowledge ans mildly cryptic. I struggle with the Americanisms, and of course have to remember to spell in American too, but Google and Wikipedia are great when it comes to sports people I've never heard of who play sports I haven't heard of either!
