I'm stuck on this but would ask for a second opinion:-

"Star concerened with drawback (American) (7)

I think it may be a reference to the star named Regulus. I cannot handle the wordplay. Concerned with is RE but GULUS!!!

I think drawback = Lug, is a bit dodgy. I wouldn't have seen this without you giving the answer first.

might drawback not be just lug, but luger, a type of gun you might "draw" with (as in quick on the draw)?
